Healing Therapies • The Body’s Memory
Where the body holds what the mind has been unable to say.
For the category of suffering that does not respond to talking.
There is a category of suffering that does not respond to talking. You have tried the therapy. You have tried the journaling. You have, perhaps, tried the breathwork the West has now packaged and exported back to you. You have done the work, in the language of the work. And still — there is something held in your body that has refused to release.
The chest that tightens before a particular family gathering. The back that locks when an old friend’s name is mentioned. The grief that arrives, without occasion, every November. The migraine with no MRI explanation. The exhaustion that no amount of sleep has reached.
“The body keeps the score the mind has tried to forget. The healing modalities at Pratikraman are for that score.”
What the school offers
Energy Healing — The Pratikraman Method
A signature modality developed by Rajesh Pandey over a decade of practice, combining the foundational principles of Reiki with the Kaalika invocation. Used most often for chronic stress, post-illness recovery, and the emotional aftermath of medical procedures. Each session is 75 minutes; a typical course is 4–7 sessions, with a final integration session at eight weeks.
Karmic Counselling
Not psychotherapy. Not coaching. A particular kind of conversation that draws on astrology, the Gita, and the client’s own life history to identify the karmic pattern at work — and to prescribe the practice that will dissolve it. Sessions are 90 minutes; most clients engage in a six-session arc, paced over three months.
Mantra Therapy
For specific conditions — anxiety, insomnia, recurring fear, particular phases of grief — a custom mantra protocol is prescribed and taught in a single 60-minute session. The client practices for 21 or 41 days. Each mantra is chosen, after a study of the chart and the condition, for that client alone — never from a generic list.
Family Constellation Work
Adapted by Rajesh ji from the Hellinger method, delivered through the lens of the Indian joint-family system. For families navigating inherited patterns across generations. Conducted as a half-day in-person session — the most powerful single intervention the school offers for second- and third-generation business families with unspoken tension.
Grief Companionship
For clients who have lost a parent, a spouse, a child, or a marriage. Not therapy. Companionship. A weekly call with Rajesh Pandey over a six-month arc, designed to walk the grief through to integration — never around it. The school takes on a maximum of three grief-companionship clients at any time. Application is by direct enquiry.
The Five Obstacles, as a diagnostic
Before any healing engagement is scoped, Rajesh ji uses the Patanjali framework of the five obstacles to identify which one is, at the present moment, most active in the client’s life. The protocol that follows is shaped by that diagnosis.
| Pramaan absent | The client has lost contact with direct knowing. Energy Healing combined with Karmic Counselling, paced gently. |
| Viparyaya dominant | The client is operating on a story about themselves that is no longer true. Karmic Counselling, with Kaalika Kriya as the daily anchor. |
| Vikalp dominant | The client is in an active addictive pattern — visible or invisible. Mantra Therapy as the daily intervention, with Energy Healing and a weekly check-in. |
| Nidra dominant | The client is exhausted at a level sleep has not reached. The protocol is paced very slowly, attending to lifestyle rhythm before any deeper work. |
| Smriti active | The past is intruding on the present in ways the client cannot resolve in this lifetime alone. This is where Past Life Regression is most often indicated. |
How a healing engagement begins
Every healing engagement begins with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call. The school does not take on clients it cannot help. If the work offered is not the right work, the school will say so — and, where possible, refer you to a practitioner better suited.
Request a healing discovery call.
Twenty minutes, complimentary. An honest conversation about whether this is the right work for you — and, if it is not, where to look instead.
