Pratikraman • A School of Consciousness
It is 4:12 in the morning.
You are awake again.
The water is still cold in the glass. The deal closes on Tuesday. The children are well. Your father is well. Your wife is asleep in the next room. Your head is high and your future is bright.
And yet — an emptiness. There is no reason for it. The one who understands this emptiness lives in bliss. The one who does not, loses himself in addiction — a restless soul.
You are the third generation. And no one prepared you for the silence on the other side of having.
A gift to anyone willing to give us seven mornings. Complimentary.
Scroll 02 — What we teach
A private school of consciousness, founded by Life Coach Rajesh Pandey.
We do not run a yoga studio. We do not sell crystals. We have no chai-and-chakra aesthetic. We draw on Indian wisdom five thousand years deep — where Patanjali says योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः: where the mind is stilled, you are in yoga. Four pillars carry that work.
Dhyan
Meditation, as Kaalika Kriya™ — our six-stage signature method.
Gyaan
The Bhagwat Gita, read as the psychological text it actually is.
Jyotish
Astrology, taught not for prediction — but as the map of the soul's purpose.
Smriti
Past Life Regression, by one of India's most trusted practitioners.
Scroll 03 — The teaching in one line
There is one teaching the school returns to in every session, every retreat, every meditation. It is not a philosophy. It is a choice you have already been making, every day, without knowing it.
Life moves in one of two directions. Toward Pramaan — right knowledge, awareness, the witness. Or toward Vikalp — illusion, imagination, the addiction the mind reaches for when truth is unavailable. If you are not choosing Pramaan, you are already in Vikalp.
This is why the school does not treat meditation as wellness. Dhyan develops the right centre of knowledge. Once it is lit, you hold the torch — and the path is finally visible. Leave it unlit, and the wrong centre activates on its own. Darkness is only the absence of light, and it returns as addiction. The choice is plain: Dhyan, or addiction — and you will not even notice it being made.
“Dhyan is not optional. It is the only thing that is not.”

Rajesh Pandey
Inner work found Rajesh Pandey — not the other way around. Two decades of disciplined study: the Bhagwat Gita, the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Mahavir, the Buddha, Kabir, the Ashtavakra Gita. Decades of practice, and a silent transfer of ज्ञान through higher beings.
He does not wear robes. He does not call himself Guruji. He reads more than most scholars and speaks more plainly than most monks. His students are CEOs, doctors, retired generals, second-generation business families, and the few NRIs who have stopped wandering for answers.
